Also the phone number on the box is of no help. The color screen is a selling point for people who want to see all the illustrations in things like cook books. The Literati is made out of hard plastic and feels pretty solid. If it worked it would be great it has a nice large color screen. The teeny-tiny directional pad in the lower-right hand corner was even worse, with a middle button to make your selection that’s all but impossible not to hit while going through menus. Quick, name three e-readers! It quit keeping a charge and I need it for traveling.
